Marah Haddad
Marah graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology. Her journey into health and wellness began long before university. As a former basketball, volleyball, and dance athlete, she understands firsthand the demands we place on our bodies. These experiences taught her that movement is joy, strength, and therapy all in one, and inspired her to turn that passion into a profession as a Kinesiologist and certified EMS Trainer.
She believes there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Her goal is to listen to each client’s aspirations and challenges in order to create efficient, results-driven training plans. By utilizing EMS technology, she achieves deep muscle activation in a short amount of time, perfect for busy schedules. More than the technology, however, she focuses on building a connection rooted in trust. She is dedicated to equipping clients with the knowledge and confidence to take control of their health.
Above all, she truly believes that fitness should make you feel capable and confident in your everyday life, not just look a certain way.
